Covid-19 Safety/Precautions Update:

  • What to Expect:

1. Please arrive to your appointment with a face mask on as it is required in public places by the government/our wellness center 

2. Arrive on time. No need to come early because I need time to sanitize the room after each session. Once you are here you can  come in, get hand sanitizer from the front desk and wait for me in the waiting area/lobby while social distancing. You can text 651-505-1750 to let Bridgette know you have arrived

3. The Therapist will ask you if you need to use the restroom then take you to the massage/treatment room for your massage

4. The Therapist will ask you if you have any health issues or any covid 19 symptoms. You will be sent home if you have any covid 19 symptoms and will not be able to return until 7 days whereas once you return your temperature will be checked and should remain below 100.3

5. If you have no contraindications, the Therapist will proceed with the service

6. After the service, the therapist will discuss recommendations, answer any questions, take the payment if applicable by cash or card and rebook your next service

7. The Therapist will then walk you to out to the door

 

Updated News for Therapeutic Massage: (From Newest to oldest)

  • (We are a Fully Vaccinated Team - All Therapists are vaccinated at this location)

  • There is now a cancellation policy in which if you cancel in less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $20 cancellation fee or a 30 day wait to book another appointment.

  • The new hours are Monday and Wednesday 12-7pm, Thursday 2-730pm, Saturdays and Sundays by appointment 

  • Prices have increased by $10

  • New membership options are now available as low as $35 a month 

  • There is a new rewards loyalty program that will allow you to earn points and use them to save money on services (click on Rewards in the left hand corner)

  • The Affordability program is no longer available 

  • Appointments must be requested/approved 

  • Prepaid sessions/Gift certificates now have an expiration date (check under product details)

  • Expired vouchers/prepaid sessions are no longer accepted

  • All 60 min sessions are 50 min hands-on which means 10 min is for intake, undressing and getting dressed, All sessions use 10 min for the time in between.
